Hurricanes vs Waratahs

The Waratahs have a terrible record under referee Jonathan Kaplan winning just three games out of 19 including two against the Rebels. Sekope Kepu is back at prop for the Tahs while Julian Savea’s younger brother, Ardie, will make his much anticipated debut on the side of the scrum.

The winners of this middle-table clash will likely leap into the top six. The Tahs have upped their firepower with prop Sekope Kepu returning to the starting XV and back-rower Wycliff Palu to the bench. Israel Folau is improving in leaps and bounds and Bernard Foley at No.10 continues to mature.
The ever-dominant All-Blacks winger Julian Savea will be joined by 19-year-old brother Ardie Savea in his long-awaited Super Rugby debut at openside. Tahs are on the improve but will find it tough against a side who has already beaten the Crusaders in Wellington this year and the Kings in cruise control last week.
