Thailand vs Barcelona

The Barcelona vs Thailand match will take place this Wednesday at the Rajamangala Stadium.  This will be FC Barcelona’s 5th preseason match, where they have won 2, tied 1, and lost 1.  In total, they have scored 17 goals, while receiving 4.  The ‘cules’ are just 10 days away from the start to their season, therefore the match against Thailand should depict a top form from the Spanish side.
Barcelona is slowly strengthening its form and tactics under new coach, Tato Martino.  In their past game against Santos from Brazil, the ‘azulgranas’ won 8-0 but in reality they could have scored another 5 goals.  On Wednesday, Barcelona will look to win by another large margin, especially due the high competition in the team for a spot in the first-team roster.

Players like Adriano have been wonderful in this off season, therefore players like him are doing everything in their hands to fight for a place in the starting rotation.  Meanwhile, it is questionable if Neymar will play in this match due to his recent discovery of anemia.  Nonetheless, the fans in Thailand have anticipated this match with match joy and will put pressure to be able to see stars, Neymar and Messi.

Thailand will play in this match for two reasons.  One, to please the fans and gain economic gains; and two, to give their players a much needed experience against one of the world’s top teams.  The southeast national team, who is preparing for the Southeast Asian Games, has zero-to-no chance of winning this match, but the shot at experience will be great.
